QUOTES: Are Valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.  Prices may be revised if quoted incorrectly.

PRICES: Subject to change without prior notice.

TERMS: Net 30 days.  Late charges and collection charges as incurred.

SHIPMENTS: F.O.B. Shipping point.  Material will be shipped via UPS unless requested differently by the customer.

CANCELLATIONS: Notification must be in writing.  Non-standard parts will be invoiced at the accumulated costs + 10% of the total cost at the time of cancellation.

RETURNS: A return Material Authorization (RMA) number must be obtained prior to shipping the parts.  Specials (non-catalog items) are not returnable.  A 20% restocking charge or $20 will apply.  Customer is responsible for shipping charges.

WARRANTY: Eagle Die & Punch MFR., guarantees conformance of physical specifications, workmanship and industry standards.  The liability of Eagle Die & Punch Mfr., shall be limited solely to the replacement or repair of the item purchased.  The customer/purchaser shall assume all responsibility and liability for the use of our products.
